Guthrie Hancock Primary Care Practice is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to grow a full‑spectrum practice, supported by an experienced APP, nursing team, and a strong Guthrie referral network.

- Practice full-spectrum Family Medicine, seeing patients from birth to geriatrics.
- Collaborate with a primary care network of peer physicians and advanced practice providers.

- National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site certified for provider loan forgiveness, and eligible for the NYS HEALr Loan Forgiveness Program.
- J1 & H1B visa eligible.
Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary starts at $275,000 annually.
- Starting Bonus - $100,000
- Medical school loan repayment - up to $150,000
- Full benefits include medical, dental, and disability insurance.
- 403B and 457B retirement options; HSA option.
- Allowance for licensure fees, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate and renewals.
- A $10,000 referral bonus will be paid if a physician is referred for employment by a current Guthrie employee and hired full-time.
Work Life Balance
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. traditional schedule.
- Full-time providers practice 36 patient-facing hours with 4 hours of dedicated administrative “desk” time.
- Generous Paid Time Off of 35 days annually.
- CME-$3,500 for conference registration, certifications, and membership fees for specialty-specific medical societies.
- Rotating call schedule - phone call only.
