The Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital Auxiliary is excited to host the 2026 Caregiver Holiday Craft Show and invites all caregivers and their immediate family members, volunteers and retirees to participate Sunday, Dec. 6 from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. on the Guthrie Sayre campus.

The show will be held in the Clinic Atrium and the surrounding area and is a great opportunity for artisans and crafters of handmade goods to have their talents and unique skills highlighted and promoted within the Guthrie organization and the local community! Vendor spaces will be reserved on a first come, first served basis.

The main focus of this event is to showcase handmade goods. If you are a direct seller (LuLaroe, Pink Zebra, Pampered Chef, etc.) or sell commercially made items and return an application, you will be accepted ONLY if there are spaces available on the date of the application deadline. We will note when we’ve received your application, and any available spaces will be filed according to when the application was received.

Vendors must supply their own tables and chairs and will be provided with one eight-foot space, with a two-space limit. Guthrie does have a very small number of tables available for use so please note in the “special requests” section of the application if you absolutely need one. Requests for tables and electric will also be on a first come, first served basis and are not guaranteed. Please be aware that if your table is placed on one of the concourses, your table needs to be placed against a wall and your chairs will need to be on each end. This will ensure adequate traffic flow and will also enable you to interact more closely with your customers.

Applications must be filled out completely and submitted no later than Friday, Oct. 30. Incomplete applications will be returned. Please provide a valid email address so that we can communicate any necessary information with you. Confirmation regarding your vendor space will be sent by Friday, Nov. 13.

Each vendor space is $30 with a two-space limit. All proceeds will benefit The Mark Stensager Human Services Fund. Your fee will help support, fund and advance projects crucial to Guthrie’s patients, caregivers and the surrounding community.
