Guthrie Patient: June 2017
Shannon has been my family's primary provider for years and she has been so good to us. She knows us, she makes me and my daughter(we both have anxiety issues) feel very comfortable to go to her with any medical problems we face. WE LOVE HER!
Guthrie Patient: June 2017
was concerned about kidney stones but said I was constipated instead. After explaining that I was regular and showed no other signs of contipation she continued to dismiss me. She only ordered additional tests after a urinalysis because I questioned why I wasn't feeling well. If I didn't ask she would have sent me on my way after an urinalysis. However, I still left without a real answer tomy problem.
Guthrie Patient: May 2017
Shannon went above and beyond with alternatives to the standard of care for treatment for my problem. she listened, she spent far more time than expected with me problem solving.

Guthrie Patient: January 2017
I heard her swearing at her nurse in the hallway. She challenged me on health questions. I. E. You DON'T have that. I've been diagnosed, yes I do.
Guthrie Patient: December 2016
precripted incorrect medication for a heart condition I do not have. I was toldto discontinue an antibiotic that made my whole body itch and break out in a rash (that I still have 4 days later) and then later the next day in an e Guthrie message I was told to continue the antibiotic and not take the heart medication the provider ordered mein error. I have not heard back about any of my lab results, ultra sound or if I amsuppose to follow up after calling and leaving a message at the office while going the weekend in pain and discomfort.
