The NP couldn't be sure what the my area of complaint was so she really couldn't explain or discuss treatment. Instead she referred the issue to a Optomatrist. Her actions were totally appropriate.

She seemed to be rushing my appointment. I told her I was out of one of my medications,and she told me she would call it in to the pharmacy on her lunch break that SAME day. She never did. I called the next day to my my pharmacy to check,it was not there. I called my doctor's office,and receptionist told me she did not see any thing in my records about it! She told me she would give my doctor the message. Well,now it is after 5pm,and the weekend. I have been out of this medicine for over a week,and it is a medicine you cannot just stop. This is not acceptable.I am regretting switching doctors. I should have stayed with Arnot.
