Wouldn't prescribe pain med although in extreme pain, mad at me for bringing in other TBI doc, nasty w/ me, ordered nerve block mons away when intense pain now.

I've seen her and *Lonnie. They both don't believe in fibromyalgia. They have their mind made up. No matter what you say the _____ you. Will do the best I can.

Very unhappy with the experience I had with this provider, had to wait 2 months for this appt. and doctor spent very little time with me was very rude, didn't answer my questions and refused to fill out a form from my case worker that may cause me to lose my medical.
