She treated me like I was a drug seeker and begrudgingly gave me Rx for antibiotics. The only reason I saw her is because my family practitioner had no room for me. A receptionist made the decision to send me to walk-in clinic. Usually I get worked in. I'm not happy.

The provider had a poor attitude and presented herself in a poor manner. She seemed to not care about the concerns and rushed us the door because the clinic was about to close. We ended up in the ER the following Sunday with a dehydrated 1 year old requiring IV fluids and blood work, it was ultimately discovered that he had herpagia and had sores in his mouth and throat. the provider never bothered to look in his mouth at the visit on Friday which could have potentially prevented further intervention.

Also, was telling a friend about her and she knew who I was talking about before I told her. People will go out of their way to not go to this urgent care because of her.

Provider did not seem to listen, and her attitude was terrible. I was sure I was having an allergic reaction to an antibiotic I had been taking, and had hives that were spreading. she told me to go home & take a cold bath. I never received my after visit summary either. she was very rude.
