the provider made me feel like I lacked basic hygiene etiquette and made me feel awful. I am worried about what my actual condition may be but the provider didn't take any time to diagnose the problem and acted like better hygiene could have avoided all of it (i am a very clean person, this issue is recurrent when stressed) I left feeling terrible about myself

I was very grateful for the care received from Ms. Priestley. She was kind, knowledgeable and confident. Because the matter was of great concern to me (a breast abscess), she offered reassurance along with treatment. The antibiotic she prescribed has successfully treated the abscess. I have an appointment to follow up with my gynecologist to see if any further attention is needed. This was a good outcome.
