Sayre, Pa. – Guthrie Corning Hospital has announced the activation of a new live camera designed to help community members track the progress of the construction of the new hospital.
The video is available at www.corninghospital.org via a video camera that uploads an image every 14 minutes. It also offers time-lapse views of the construction process. Viewers can zoom in for more details or go back and look at specific dates and times of the project.
The construction webcam is another way the community can be involved in the building of the new $130 million medical campus, slated for completion in 2014. The facility will feature 65 all private rooms to improve the patient experience. Enhanced emergency department and surgical capabilities will also benefit area residents, as well as an on-site helicopter pad to facilitate transfers.
