Sayre, Pa. - Guthrie cardiac and vascular specialists are offering a free community education event to provide health information about women and heart disease. The event will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 27 at 6 p.m. at the Holiday Inn in Elmira, N.Y.
“Women’s Night Out” will offer valuable information for women on their heart and vascular health. Lawrence Sampson, MD, vascular surgeon and Pramod Deshmukh, MD, cardiologist and electrophysiologist, will talk about two health issues all women should be aware of – atrial fibrillation and vascular disease.

Light refreshments will be served at the event. Registration is required; seats may be reserved by calling 570-887-6720. This programs is open to the public and offered free of charge as a community health education service.
