Sayre, Pa. — Guthrie will offer an educational tobacco cessation seminar titled, “Take the First Step Toward Better Health,” on Thursday, Nov. 21 at 6 p.m. in the Patterson Auditorium located in the Patterson Education Building on the Guthrie Sayre campus at One Guthrie Square in Sayre, Pa.
Community members are invited to attend this free seminar designed to help individuals to stop the use of tobacco. Presentations and educational materials will be offered on the health effects of smoking, Guthrie's lung cancer screening program and information from the American Lung Association.
