Sayre, Pa. – The Guthrie Diabetes Center is offering a free seminar on “carb counting”
“Carbohydrate Counting Basics” will take place on Dec. 4 from 4 – 6 p.m. in the Patterson Auditorium on the Sayre Campus. The event will focus on the importance of monitoring carbohydrate intake in diabetes management. Holiday eating tips will also be included.
