Sayre, Pa. – Guthrie is sponsoring informational seminars for patients considering weight loss surgery.
If you are considering weight loss surgery, learn more about your options by attending a free patient orientation seminar. Seminars are presented by Guthrie’s weight loss surgeon and are offered two times per month at various locations. Seminars last 90 minutes and include the following topics:
• Medical impact of obesity
• Surgery overview
• Surgery options
• Risks and benefits of surgery
• How to get started
The next sessions are Tuesday, August 14 and Tuesday, August 28 from 6 – 7:30 p.m. in the Patterson Auditorium on Guthrie’s Sayre campus.
