Sayre, PA – Guthrie and The Central PA Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society will present a seminar titled “New Evaluations and Management of Blood Cancers” on Wednesday, Sept. 11 at 5:30 p.m. in the Patterson Auditorium on the Guthrie Sayre campus located at One Guthrie Square, Sayre, Pa. The seminar presented by Dr. Bradley W. Lash, a Guthrie Hemotologist and Medical Oncologist, is free to the public and will cover the following topics:
· Update of treatments and maintenance of blood cancers
· Review the pathology and evaluation of some of the most common blood cancers
· New and emerging treatment options
· Long term problems and side effects impacting blood cancer patients
