A 254-bed tertiary care referral center, Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pa., is the recipient of numerous national awards for the high quality of care it provides its patients. The hospital is a regional Level II Trauma Center, accredited by the Pennsylvania Trauma Systems Foundation, and is served by Guthrie Air, a regional aeromedical helicopter program. The hospital has also been recently named as one of the top 50 hospitals for cardiovascular care, as well as achieving full cardiac rehab distinction.
In October 2013, Guthrie Troy Community Hospital opened its doors as a new, 25-bed, Critical Access Hospital. The new facility offers a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services including diagnostic testing and rehabilitation as well as medical and surgical care. The hospital also maintains 24-hour emergency services as well as very successful, outcomes-based sub-acute and ventilator management programs.
Guthrie Corning Hospital is a new, 65-bed, full-service community hospital that provides the region with patient and family-centered health care services with an integrated team of talented and compassionate physicians, health care professionals, staff and leaders. The hospital's reputation for high-quality care has been recognized at the state and national level, including designation as a New York State Stroke Center and American Heart Association Gold Level Get With the Guidelines hospital. The team is supported by the latest in technology, state-of-the-art health care equipment.
The latest addition to Guthrie, Guthrie Towanda Memorial Hospital became affiliated in April 2015. It has 35 licensed inpatient beds, 68 skilled nursing beds and 94 personal care beds. Guthrie Towanda Memorial Hospital serves Bradford and Sullivan counties, and the surrounding communities.
