Overview

Choosing a primary care provider gives patients a consistent relationship with an individual who understands their health history and the bigger picture of their long term health care needs. Everyone, including children and young adults, should have a designated primary care provider who understands their medical history and can readily detect an abnormality or better treat a problem. When specialized care is needed, patients can rely on their primary care provider to team with Guthrie specialists to get them the help they need.

Guthrie primary care offers an extensive network of primary care providers in 23 locations within New York State and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All locations are accepting new patients. Evening and weekend hours are also available at select locations.
