IRB meetings are held in Guthrie Foundation - 5th Floor Conference Room on the first Monday of each month unless otherwise noted.

Investigators who are not submitting protocols through the Office of Clinical Research are advised to submit draft applications to the IRB Office at least one month before a scheduled meeting.
