Anesthesiology

The Department of Anesthesiology provides anesthesia for all surgical subspecialties including preoperative consultation and postoperative management of patients in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit and Intensive Care Units. Post operative pain management with epidural narcotics and local anesthetics is provided to select patients.

A Pain Management Clinic is available to treat outpatients and inpatients with acute and chronic pain syndromes. Obstetrical anesthesia is provided on the obstetrics suite and includes 24-hour availability of labor epidurals.
