Registration Open for Lynn Smaha Memorial Golf Classic

Registration Open for Lynn Smaha Memorial Golf Classic Sayre, Pa. – The 2014 Lynn Smaha Memorial Golf Classic will be held Friday, August 1 at Tomasso’s Golf Course and Restaurant, 398 County Route 60 in Waverly, N.Y. Check-in and continental breakfast will begin at 8 a.m. Golf will begin with a shot-gun start at 9 a.m. A buffet luncheon will immediately follow the tournament.

“The Smaha Golf tournament last year had a wonderful turnout and great weather to compliment and honor Dr. Smaha and his mission. The tournament committee is grateful and we hope to have as large a group as in previous years to celebrate this event in 2014,” said event chair Steve Alexander.

Registration for this event is now open. A fee of $60/person includes greens fees, a cart, continental breakfast, luncheon and prizes. To register, send the names and addresses of your foursome with a check for $240 payable to Guthrie to:

The registration deadline is Monday, July 21. In honor of the late Dr. Smaha and his mission, proceeds from this year’s tournament will be used to produce educational materials for patients undergoing a heart procedure or needing guidance during their heart care.
