Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital was established in 1885 to meet the health care needs of those working in the Sayre, Pa railroad yard, it is now a 254-bed tertiary care teaching hospital serving the southern tier of New York and the northern tier of Pennsylvania. Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital offers a new state-of-the-art interventional radiology suite. Using the Phillips PercuNav® system, Guthrie Interventional radiologist are able to guide their needles to a specific region of the body when performing needle-based procedures using real-time ultrasound, previously acquired images or a combination of the two.
