Description:

The cardiovascular and diabetes experts at Guthrie have joined forces this year to jointly organize the Innovations in Cardiovascular and Diabetes Care Symposium. This is a unique opportunity for health care providers to enhance clinical competencies, learn strategies to implement evidence in clinical care, and understand the role of systems-based practice in improving care to the individual patient.

We hope to create a ‘learning community’ of health care providers from diverse backgrounds. Our conference faculty includes distinguished national, regional, and local experts.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your participation in this course, your registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee, will be refunded when written notification is received by the Guthrie Health Office of CME by October 26, 2012. No refunds will be made on or after October 26, 2012. Canceled registrations are non-transferable.
