Our team of experienced orthopaedic surgeons at Guthrie's Robert Packer Hospital and Corning Hospital perform more than 2,000 joint replacement surgeries annually. Besides benefiting from the surgical skills of the team, patients also benefit from an innovative recovery program called Joint Camp. Joint Camp involves counseling patients before their surgery regarding preparations needed at home for an easier recovery. After surgery, patients and their coach, who can consist of a family member or friend, are provided an intensive inpatient recovery program to help them return to their normal activities faster.
