When you join Guthrie as a nursing professional, you’ll be supported and preceptored in an environment conducive to learning and developing your confidence as a skilled clinician. At Guthrie, we help you prepare for clinical situations through guided training. Guthrie encourages nurses to continue their education with inservices, continuing medical education classes (courses carrying CME credits are often offered right at Guthrie facilities), seminars and conferences. And if you’re interested in continuing your education at the baccalaureate or graduate level, Guthrie offers partial tuition reimbursement to eligible nurses. Mansfield University even offers courses on Guthrie’s Sayre campus – nurses interested in earning a BSN can do so right in Sayre
