Training in Cold Weather
Spring training will soon be upon us. While many early practices will be spent inside, coaches and athletes are eager to get outside as soon as possible. Quite often, those early spring (as well as late fall) practices are in cold, damp, windy weather. Just as training in hot weather has its dangers, so does training in cold conditions.
