CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH CARE - Guthrie Home Care services are Medicare-certified with accreditation from the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP.) We provide specialized home health nursing, as well as pediatric, and infusion nursing. Guthrie Certified Home Care also offers a full rehabilitative program including physical, occupational and Speech therapies - all coordinated with the patient's physician.

PRIVATE HOME CARE - Home care aides, managed by professional nurse supervisors, can provide personal care, bathing, dressing and oral hygiene, as well as assistance with physical exercises, ambulation, help with activities of daily living and caretaker relief.

LIFELINE - This personal emergency response system connects you to 24-hour local  emergency assistance at the push of a button. With Lifeline, help is just minutes away, no matter when you need it.

MEDICAL SUPPLIES - Guthrie Med Supply Depot specializes in the rental, sale and service of oxygen and respiratory therapy products, home medical equipment and physical therapy aids. Our staff coordinates with family and physicians to meet your needs at home.

HOSPICE - Guthrie Hospice uses certified professional registered nurses for Hospice care, and has accreditation from CHAP. Nurse case managers are specially trained to address the unique needs of Hospice patients. Along with managing the patient's care, they also offer relief and counseling to family members.

Most Guthrie Home Care services are covered by Medicare, Pennsylvania Medical Assistance, Blue Cross or major medical coverage and other private insurance. However, lack of coverage or inability to pay for services does not mean loss of service. We will review your insurance coverage and explore alternative funding.
