Our Greeters
At the Clinic or Robert Packer Hospital lobby, our Greeters take over. This group helps the customers from the van or their own vehicle, and escorts them into the lobby. Once inside, the customer is offered a personal escort, assistance with a wheelchair or instruction on how to get to an area of our campus.
The Greeters will also return to a patient care area to help bring someone back down to the lobby when it’s time to go home. When the customers’ business at the hospital or clinic is concluded, the process is reversed.
If further assistance or information is needed, please speak with one of the Lobby Receptionists at the Main Information Desk.
