COSTS

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

1. Payment of Invoices is due within 30 days of billing. Billing and payment is in US Dollars.

 

2. After a third short pay or nonpayment Testing Privileges will be suspended

 

3. After a third short pay by wire, Wire privileges will be suspended.

 

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

 

The following are the methods of payment for your LEAP Testing Service Invoices.

 

1.CREDIT CARD. Presently, we accept VISA, and Mastercard. The advantage of credit card purchases includes a minimum of paperwork and fees. Transactions get posted within a few days at most.

 

2.COMPANY PURCHASE ORDER. The Invoice is delivered to your accounting department who then sends a check for the amount of the invoice. This is a slower process and is more labor intensive. There are no additional fees with this method either..

 

3. Payment of Invoices by wire (electronic) transfer of funds. This is not a preferred method of payment. But if there is no other way for you to transfer funds we will accommodate you. If you must use this method of payment make sure you understand the following.

 

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEES PERTAINING TO THE WIRE TRANSFER.

These fees include (1) a $12 USD BANK SERVICES CHARGE imposed by our bank PLUS the (2) SERVICE CHARGE IMPOSED BY YOUR BANK. This fee varies from bank to bank so you will have to inquire what the fee would be and include that amount along with your payment. Also you need to determine if (3) your GOVERNMENT IMPOSES A TAX OR FEE FOR THE WIRE TRANSFER. This fee can be a flat rate for each transaction or may be a percentage of the amount transferred. In either case these fees must be added to the invoice total before transferring by wire. As you can see the amount of the fees imposed can be quite substantial compared to the invoiced amount.

 

Please include invoice# as part of the information supplied with the transfer. Failure to do so may result in the deposit not being recorded.

If paying by wire transfer, please include an additional $12 bank services fee plus any additional bank charges imposed by your bank.

** Remember to send at least three items which equals one sample.

NOTE: If requesting more than one test, be sure to send additional items as extraction parameters of the assays vary.

 

Additional discounts are available for standing orders of protein testing.

 

Analysis turn around time is approximately three to four working days.
