At Guthrie, we maintain adult and teenage volunteer services in order to release professional personnel from duties not requiring professional training, and to augment and broaden services to the patient that are not feasible for the staff to provide.

"We depend on our volunteers for a wide range of services; without them the hospitals and nursing facilities could not run as smoothly or seamlessly," comments Mark Stensager, President and CEO of Guthrie Healthcare System.
